The products

We sell unofficial, made-to-order custom fan apparel for personal or recreational use. You choose a generic colorway and may add a personal name and number.

These are not official, authentic, or replica licensed jerseys. BUYFOOTBALLJERSEY LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or licensed by any football club, league, federation, college, or sports brand. We do not sell team names, player names, or official logos.

Orders and customization

  • You must be 18 years old, or a parent or guardian must place the order.
  • We ship only to the United States. See the Shipping policy.
  • Colors on screen can differ slightly from the printed garment.
  • Personalized name and number text is printed exactly as you type it at checkout. Check spelling before you pay.
  • A customized jersey is final sale except for defect, damage in transit, or our error, as described in the Return and refund policy. We do not offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Price and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and include the listed item price. Standard shipping to a US address is free. Taxes are calculated at checkout where required. Payment is processed by Shopify and the provider you choose. An order is an offer to buy; we may cancel it if we cannot fulfill it (for example, a non-US address or suspected fraud). If we cancel, we refund the amount we collected.

Intellectual property

The store name, layout, and our original content belong to us. You may not copy the site to sell competing goods. You are responsible for the name and number you submit; do not enter another person’s name in a way that violates the law or someone else’s rights.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Pennsylvania have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable law gives you the right to sue in your home county.
