This policy explains how we take payment on buyfootballjersey.com. This store is hosted by Shopify. Refunds follow our Return and refund policy, not a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Currency and who can pay

Prices are in US dollars (USD). Checkout is for customers buying unofficial custom fan apparel for delivery to a United States address. You must be 18, or a parent or guardian must place the order.

Sales tax is calculated at checkout where required by law. The amount you authorize is the item price plus any tax shown before you pay. Standard shipping to a US address is free.

Available methods can vary by device and Shopify checkout. If a method does not appear, use another listed option.

Security

Checkout runs on Shopify with SSL/TLS encryption. Payment data is processed by Shopify and the provider you choose. We do not store full card numbers on our own servers.

You are responsible for using a payment method you are authorized to use. We may cancel an order if a payment is flagged for fraud or cannot be captured.

When the order is placed

When payment is approved, you receive an order confirmation email. If you do not see it, check spam, then email us with the name and email used at checkout.

Custom name and number printing starts after payment is captured. Because the jersey is made to order, a successful payment is not a 30-day trial purchase.

Failed or incomplete payments

If payment fails, is declined, or is not completed, we do not process or print the jersey. Check the card details, available funds, and billing address, then try again or use a different method.

Refunds back to the original method

If we approve a refund under the Return and refund policy (defect, damage in transit, or our error, reported within 7 calendar days of delivery), we return the approved amount to the original payment method.

After we issue the refund, your bank or payment provider usually posts it in 5–10 business days. We cannot speed up the bank’s posting time.

We do not refund for change of mind, size regret, or a name/number printed as you typed it.
