Return Eligibility
You may return most new, unused and unwashed items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached)
- The item must be in the original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Non Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Customized or personalized jerseys
- Items marked as final sale
- Worn, washed, or damaged
- Items without original tags
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at contact@buyfootballjersey.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and the reason for the return.
- Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and return instructions.
- Pack the item securely and ship it back to the address provided.
Refund Process
Once we received and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 -10 business days
- Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color please contact us at contact@buyfootballjersey.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 das of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received you refund after the stated processing items:

- Contact your bank
