This policy applies to every order placed on buyfootballjersey.com. Please read it before you buy. The same rules are shown at checkout and in our Google Merchant Center account.

What we sell

We sell made-to-order, unofficial custom fan apparel. You choose a generic colorway and may add a personal name and number. These items are not official, authentic, or replica licensed merchandise. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by any football club, league, federation, college, or sports brand.

Personalized / customized jerseys are final sale

Almost every order is customized. Because each jersey is printed with the name and number you type at checkout:

Customized items cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind, wrong size guess, dislike of color, or “I ordered the wrong name/number.”
We do not offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.
We do not offer free returns on customized items except as stated below (defect, damage in transit, or our error).

Name and number are printed exactly as you typed them. Check spelling before you pay.

When we will replace or refund

Email us within 7 calendar days of delivery (the carrier’s delivery scan date) with your order number and clear photos if:

The item arrives damaged in transit
There is a manufacturing defect (faulty stitching, major print error, damaged fabric)
We shipped the wrong colorway, or the printed name/number does not match your order confirmation

If we approve the claim, we will, at our option:

Replace the item at no extra shipping cost, or
Refund the purchase price to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we confirm the issue

For approved defect, damage, or wrong-item claims, we pay return shipping if we ask you to send the item back. Do not ship anything until we reply with instructions.

What is not covered

Change of mind
Size regret (use our size chart; if you are between sizes, size up)
Name or number printed as you typed it
Normal wear, washing damage, or small color differences between screens and fabric
Orders shipped to an incomplete or incorrect address that you entered
