Where we ship

We ship only to street addresses in the United States (50 states and the District of Columbia). We do not ship internationally, and we do not ship to US territories or PO Boxes unless we confirm otherwise in writing before you order.

If a checkout field lets you type a non-US address, do not place the order — we cannot fulfill it.

Shipping cost

Free standard shipping on US orders only.

We do not offer free shipping on “all orders” worldwide. There is no free-shipping offer outside the United States because we do not ship there.

Processing time

Jerseys are made to order. After we receive payment, we process the order in 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays). Custom name and number printing is included in this window.

Delivery estimate

After the order ships, standard transit within the United States is typically 3–7 business days, depending on the destination.

Typical total time from order to delivery is 6–12 business days.

Carrier and tracking

We ship with common US carriers (such as USPS or UPS). You receive a tracking email when the label is created. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update.

Delays, lost packages, and wrong addresses

  • Weather, carrier delays, and peak periods can extend delivery. After the carrier scans the package, transit delays are outside our control. We will help you trace the shipment.
  • If you entered an incomplete or incorrect address, you are responsible for any redelivery or return-to-sender fees.
  • If a package is marked delivered but you cannot find it, contact the carrier first, then email us with the tracking number and photos of the delivery location.
