These Guarantee Terms describe a limited product guarantee for unofficial custom fan jerseys sold on buyfootballjersey.com. They work together with our Return and refund policy.

This is not a 30-day money-back or satisfaction guarantee

We do not offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, a satisfaction guarantee, or free returns for change of mind. Almost every jersey is made to order with the name and number you type at checkout. Customized items are final sale except for the limited cases below.

These products are unofficial custom fan apparel. They are not official, authentic, or replica licensed jerseys. This guarantee does not promise licensed-team quality, on-field fit, or affiliation with any club, league, or sports brand.

What this limited guarantee covers

If you email us within 7 calendar days of delivery (the carrier’s delivery scan) with your order number and clear photos, we will review a claim when:

  • The item arrives damaged in transit
  • There is a manufacturing defect at delivery (faulty stitching, major print error, damaged fabric)
  • We shipped the wrong colorway
  • The printed name or number does not match your order confirmation
  • We shipped a different size than the size on your order confirmation

What is not covered

  • Change of mind, dislike of color, or “I wanted a different style”
  • Size regret when we shipped the size you selected (use the size chart; if you are between sizes, size up)
  • Name or number printed exactly as you typed it, including spelling you later wish you had changed
  • Normal wear after delivery, washing that ignores care instructions, misuse, or alteration
  • Small color differences between a screen and the printed fabric
  • Claims sent more than 7 calendar days after delivery

How to make a claim

Email contact@buyfootballjersey.com with the order number, a short description, and photos. We reply within 2 business days.

Do not ship the jersey back until we send instructions. For an approved defect, damage, or wrong-item claim, we pay return shipping if we ask you to return it.

If we approve the claim

We will, at our option:

  • Replace the item (or send the colorway / size that matches the order confirmation), or
  • Refund the purchase price to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we confirm the issue

We may offer store credit only as our choice on an approved claim, not as a way to return a customized jersey for change of mind.
