This Copyright Policy explains who owns the content on buyfootballjersey.com, what we sell, and how to send a copyright or trademark complaint. It should be read with our Terms of service and About page.

What we sell (and what we do not claim)

We sell unofficial, made-to-order custom mesh fan jerseys. You choose a generic colorway and may add a personal name and number. These products are not official, authentic, or replica licensed merchandise.

BUYFOOTBALLJERSEY LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or licensed by any football club, league, federation, college, or sports brand. We do not sell team names, player names, official logos, or other third-party trademarks. Color combinations are generic. Any likeness to a club kit is coincidental and is not implied.

We do not claim to own, license, or have permission to use any club, league, or player intellectual property.

What we own

Unless we say otherwise, we own or have the right to use:

  • The BuyFootballJersey name, logo mark, and original store design
  • Original product photographs we take or commission of our generic colorways
  • Original text we write for this website (including this policy)

You may not copy our photos, product listings, or site copy to run a competing store without written permission.

Name and number you type at checkout

The name and number printed on a jersey are supplied by you. You are responsible for that text. By placing an order you confirm that:

  • You have the right to use that name and number for a personal or recreational unofficial fan jersey
  • You are not asking us to print a team name, player name, official logo, or other trademark you do not own
  • The text does not infringe someone else’s copyright, trademark, or publicity rights

We may refuse, cancel, or reprint (without the requested text) any order that asks for a trademark, official mark, or other third-party brand. If we cancel for this reason before printing, we refund the amount we collected.

Copyright complaints (DMCA)

If you believe content on this website infringes your copyright, send a written notice to the contact below. To be useful, include:

  • Your name, mailing address, phone, and email
  • A description of the copyrighted work
  • The exact URL of the material on buyfootballjersey.com
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act
  • Your physical or electronic signature

If the notice is complete, we will review it and may remove or disable the material. We may tell the customer or poster that a complaint was filed. Repeat infringers may be refused future orders.

Trademark and brand complaints

If you represent a club, league, or brand and believe a listing or image uses your trademark, email the same address with “Trademark complaint” in the subject, the mark you own, and the URL. We will review it. We do not offer licensed team merchandise and will remove a listing that we agree uses a third-party mark.

Counter-notice

If we removed material you posted or a listing you believe was removed by mistake, email us a counter-notice with your contact details, the material and URL, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your consent to Pennsylvania courts for disputes about that material. We may restore the material if the complainant does not file a court action within the time the law allows.
